Nothing beats a fresh bowl of guacamole made with perfectly ripe avocados. This classic recipe is quick, easy, and full of flavour — perfect for dipping, spreading, or topping your favourite dishes.

Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
Juice of 1 lime
1 small tomato, finely diced
¼ red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Mash avocados with lime juice and salt.
Stir in tomato, onion, and coriander.
Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
Pro Tips:
Use avocados that are soft but not mushy — this gives the best creamy texture.
Mash lightly with a fork for a chunky guacamole, or blend briefly for smooth and silky.
