A fresh and flavourful starter/appetizer perfect for summer evenings with friends or light lunches or as a quick and healthy snack.

Ingredients:
cooked, peeled prawns
Avocados
baby cos lettuce leaves
For the Dressing:
1/4 cup cream
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine cream, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Add Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Assemble the Cups: Scoop out some avocado to make a well, dice what you have removed. Lay out the lettuce leaves in the avocado, place prawns and avo in the cups.
Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the top. Serve immediately for a crisp and refreshing dish.
