These cute mini tarts are a festive favourite, perfect for a sweet treat for Christmas Day. These mini Christmas tarts are a delicious mix of traditional flavours and creamy indulgence—perfect for celebrating the season!


Ingredients:
12 mini pastry shells (store-bought or homemade)
For Fruit Mince Filling:
1 cup spiced fruit mince
1 tbsp orange zest (optional)
For Custard Filling:
1 cup custard (prepared and chilled)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: Icing sugar for dusting
Method:
Prepare Pastry Shells: If using raw pastry, press into mini tart pans and bake according to package instructions until golden brown. Let cool completely.
Prepare the Fillings:
Fruit Mince Filling: Mix the spiced fruit mince with orange zest for extra flavour.
Custard Filling: Stir vanilla extract into the custard for a richer taste.
Assemble the Tarts:
